Love one another as Jesus has loved us.

Many today accumulate facts. Believing it leads to eternal, everlasting truth— wisdom. But the knowledge of man can never be eternal. It must conform to the cyclic nature of the universe— birth, growth, then death.

Although man may be able to delay the completion of the cycle for a period of time, it eventually must run its course. This is why it’s foolish and dangerous to assume that man’s knowledge endures forever.

Than why is this worship of knowledge so prevalent today?

Knowledge provides a false sense of security. Establishing perimeters of predictability. Guaranteeing success if one remains within these perimeters.

Therein lays the danger!

When change occurs without warning, or multiple changes occur simultaneously. These artificial boundaries interfere with your ability to problem solve and form novel solutions. Which at times can be life threatening.

Desperately hanging onto the familiar. Many refuse to believe only Papa’s— God’s wisdom is eternal.

This too was King Solomon’s, the wisest man who ever lived, worldview.

I turned my attention to the ways of wisdom and folly and madness.

I asked, “What is left for those who come after the king to do? They can only repeat what he has already done.”

I realized that wisdom is better than folly, just as light is better than darkness. As the old saying goes: The wise have eyes in their heads, but fools stumble in the darkness.

Yet I knew deep down that the same fate comes to both of them.

I said to myself, “Why do I try to be wise when my fate is the same as that of the fool? This pursuit is fleeting too.”

Neither the wise nor the fool will be remembered for very long once they are gone. The wise dies and the fool alike. All are forgotten in the future. So I began to hate life itself because all that is done under the sun is so harsh and difficult. Life— everything about it— is fleeting. It’s like trying to pursue the wind. Ecclesiastes 2:12-17

Instead of pursuing the wind—man’s wisdom, seek Papa’s wisdom.

Why?

This is what the Lord says. He who is your Redeemer, and the one who formed you from the womb.

“I, the Lord, am the maker of all things. Stretching out the heavens by Myself and spreading out the earth alone. Causing the omens of diviners to fail. Making fools of fortune-tellers. Causing wise men to turn back and making their knowledge ridiculous. Confirming the word of His servant and carrying out the purpose of His messengers. Isaiah 44:24-26

Disciples of Christ, His messengers, understand the power that resides in Papa’s wisdom. It has the power to birth and nourish…

HOPE.

Hope in its purest form is a spiritual force. It…

Empowers and sustains you when the light at the end of the tunnel is invisible.

Gives you the courage to step out into the unknown.

Isn’t at the mercy of others or the circumstances of life.

Endows you with the confident expectation that regardless of external circumstances. Papa makes everything work out according to His plan.

Motivates you to live a life of purpose and excellence.

Peers into eternity and sees the joy of a life surrendered to Papa.

Such hope in God’s promises never disappoints us. Because God’s love has been abundantly poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:5

ETERNAL PERSPECTIVE

If you want to discern Papa’s wisdom you have a decision to make. Is there more to life than the superficial, transient and pleasure-seeking desires and rewards of this world?

You cannot love this world nor the things it offers you. For when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father but are from this world.

This world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.” 1 John 2:15-17

You must remember that you are not a resident of this earthly, temporal world but merely a sojourner— a visitor. Here on this side of eternity for a minuscule amount of time before returning to your true home— Papa’s heavenly home.

This longing for your heavenly home can leave you in a continual state of discontent, a longing for something more. If you’re not careful, the inability to satisfy this longing will lead you astray and into sin. Only your faith in Christ Jesus can satisfy this longing.

A pervasive longing His disciples would experience once Jesus was no longer with them. He began to show His disciples clearly that He must go to Jerusalem and endure many things at the hands of the elders and the chief priests and scribes— Sanhedrin—  Jewish High Court. And be killed. And be raised from death to life on the third day.

Peter took Him aside to speak to Him privately and began to reprimand Him.

Saying, “May God forbid it! This will never happen to You.”

But Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, satan! You are a stumbling block to Me. You are not setting your mind on things of God but on things of man.”

Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wishes to follow Me as My disciple, he must deny himself. Set aside selfish interests and take up his cross. Expressing a willingness to endure whatever may come and follow Me. Believing in Me. Conforming to My example in living and, if need be, suffering or perhaps dying because of faith in Me.

For whoever wishes to save his life in this world will eventually lose it through death, but whoever loses his life in this world for My sake will find it. That is, life with Me for all eternity.

For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world— wealth, fame, success but forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory and majesty of His Father with His angels, and then He will repay each one in accordance with what he has done. Matthew 16:21-27

FAITH

Faith is the window through which your heart monitors and interprets life. Don’t be foolish and think you can rely upon self-righteousness or self-confidence to support and sustain your faith. Unless you have confidence in what Jesus has accomplished for you, your faith will be at the mercy of your circumstances and emotions. Both of which can change in a heartbeat, increasing your vulnerability to satan’s schemes.

Only Papa’s wisdom helps you to identify the lies the devil and his accomplices have cleverly camouflage as wisdom. Unrighteous— evil paradigms that are the opinions, prejudices and personal preferences of deceived individuals. Paradigms that contradict Papa’s wisdom and slander His name.

Wisdom that is as applicable today as it was centuries ago because it is eternal. If any of you lacks wisdom to guide him through a decision or circumstance, he is to ask of our benevolent God. Who gives to everyone generously and without rebuke or blame. And it will be given to him.

But he must ask for wisdom in faith, without doubting God’s willingness to help. The one who doubts is like a billowing surge of the sea that is blown about and tossed by the wind. Such a person ought not to think or expect that he will receive anything at all from the Lord. Being a double-minded man, unstable and restless in all his ways— in everything he thinks, feels or decides.  James 1:5-8

In today’s culture where political correctness is king, faithfulness to Papa’s wisdom is revolutionary, an act of defiance because Jesus openly declares war on the status quo. His proclamation of war states that Papa’s wisdom does not change and is the only standard by which to live one’s life. There will be no negotiations with the devil, and troops will remain in enemy territory until the devil is annihilated.

Why?

Papa’s desire is for everyone to be saved and know the truth. There is one God and one Mediator between God and us— the man Jesus, God’s Anointed. Who gave His life as a ransom for all so that we might have freedom. 1 Timothy 2:4-6

Scripture clearly distinguishes between man’s wisdom and Papa’s wisdom. Admonishing all not to let anyone deceive himself. If any one of you thinks he is wise in matters pertaining to this world, he is going to be really disappointed. In fact, one must be deemed a fool by worldly standards in order to become truly wise because the wisdom of this rebellious and broken world looks like foolishness when put next to God.

So it stands in Scripture, “He catches the wise in their deceitful plotting.”

The Scriptures add, “The Lord knows the highest thoughts of the wise, and they are worthless.”

So there is no reason for anyone to boast in human leaders. You already have it all. So whether it is Paul, Apollos, Cephas, the world, life or death, the present or the future— it all belongs to you. You belong to the Anointed One, and the Anointed One belongs to God. 1 Corinthians 3:18-23

Christ and Christ alone is Papa’s wisdom. Wisdom that contradicts and challenges man-made paradigms.

Paradigms incapable of equipping you to manifest the Kingdom of God on this side of eternity.

Paradigms incapable of preparing you for life on the other side of eternity.

Be a VOICE shouting in the silence. Lets love others!
