No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Every tongue which rises against you in judgment. You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me. Isaiah 54:17
Do not condemn yourself when a temptation is appealing. Even Jesus was tempted by the devil after He had fasted 40 days and 40 nights.
He was hungry.
Then the tempter approached Him and said, “If You are the Son of God. Tell these stones to become bread.”
But He answered, “It is written. ‘Man must not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”
Then the devil took Him to the holy city. Had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written. ‘He will give His angels orders concerning You. They will support You with their hands so that You will not strike Your foot against a stone.’”
Jesus told him, “It is also written. ‘Do not test the Lord your God.’”
Again, the devil took Him to a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. He said to Him, “I will give You all these things if You will fall down and worship me.”
Then Jesus told him, “Go away, satan! For it is written. ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve only Him.’”
Then the devil left Him, and immediately angels came and began to serve Him. Matthew 4:2-11

It is comforting to know temptation is not sin. Yes, to have a random, ungodly thought or emotion is not a sin.
But if you dwell upon that thought or emotion, it will fester. Oozing wickedness, and eventually you will act upon it and sin.
Do not be afraid, intimidated or ashamed when a temptation crosses your path. No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability. With the temptation He will also provide the way of escape. 1 Corinthians 10:13
satan’s only hope of victory in this battle for your soul is to persuade you that God has abandoned you. If he can convince you God has forsaken you. Then resistance, arrogance and indecision will replace obedience, humility and perseverance.
No longer seeking the Lord’s will. Your decisions are now based on what will immediately numb the pain or feed your desires.
By focusing your eyes— your heart on that which is not. You become blind to the Lord’s promises that are already yours.
Instead of believing God is a gracious and loving Father. God and His actions are perceived as untrustworthy, uncaring and unkind. Any affliction, need or encumbrance makes you question God, His promises and His love for you.
Do you want to live a life of spiritual excellence and fulfill your Kingdom destiny?
Delight yourself in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday. Psalm 37:4-6
GO DEEPER
The resurrection of Christ proclaimed to mankind and the supernatural realm. If males and females will turn from their ways to God’s. Life as they know changes.
By means of Jesus’s righteousness, evil is overthrown. Liberating mankind from the bondage of self and satan.
What mankind had given away in the Garden of Eden is restored. God’s promises are now available.
Is there any area of you life where you, and not the Lord is master?
If you answered yes. Repent and seek the Lord’s wisdom. Record what He instructs you to do.
