The Lord graciously endowed each of us with faith— the assurance of God’s trustworthiness and fidelity. Faith is a fire that must be continually stoked. Fueled by your surrender and obedience to the Lord’s will.
By acknowledging God’s prerogative to use both adversity and blessing to build your faith. You will do whatever is necessary to remain in His arms of protection.
Stewardship replaces ownership.
Sacrifice replaces comfort.
Submission replaces self-reliance.
Steadfastness replaces instant gratification.
Faith transforms a spiritual weakling into a spiritual giant. Who confidently shouts into the darkness, “Let there be light!”
Faith is the assurance of things you have hoped for. The absolute conviction that there are realities you’ve never seen. It was by faith that our forebears were approved. Through faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God. Everything we now see was fashioned from that which is invisible.
