Love one another as Jesus has loved us.

Royalty WorksTime does not discriminate. All have twenty-four hours daily until the day we die physically. What we do with the time we have been given is ultimately our choice. Use it wisely or foolishly waste it.

Decisions! Decisions! Decisions!

Making those decisions requires wisdom. For me Proverbs 31:10-31 has been an invaluable source. Teaching me how to live a life of excellence. So both my character and actions honor the Lord.

Some of the decisions you make have significant consequences for both your family and you. Proverbs 31:21-22 describes some of these benefits.

She fears not the snow for her family for all her household are doubly clothed in scarlet. She makes for herself coverlets, cushions, and rugs of tapestry. Her clothing is of linen pure and fine, and of purple such as that of which the clothing of the priests and the hallowed cloths of the temple were made.

Work is not optional. God expects all to work.

The Lord God took the man and placed him in the garden of Eden to work it and watch over it. Genesis 2:15

A little extra sleep, a little more slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest. Then poverty will pounce on you like a bandit. Scarcity will attack you like an armed robber. Proverbs 6:10-11

The slacker does not plow during planting season. At harvest time he looks, and there is nothing. Proverbs 20:4

But if anyone does not provide for his own, that is his own household. He has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. 1 Timothy 5:8

Being the good Father. God always attaches a promise— blessing to anything He asks of us.

For you shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands. Happy, blessed, fortunate, enviable shall you be, and it shall be well with you. Psalm 128:2

Words spoken wisely result in much good, and working with your hands pays a large reward. Proverbs 12:14

So no matter what your task is. Work hard. Always do your best as the Lord’s servant, not as man’s, because you know your reward is the Lord’s inheritance. Colossians 3:24-25

God honors work by

  • covering His children with His protection and righteousness.
  • giving His children permission to enter the Holy of Holies— to come into His presence.
  • crowning His children with His glory.

Are you a person who does everything with excellence so the Lord is honored? Then consider yourself royalty. The Lord does!
