There will be days when the the change threatens to crush you. On these days give yourself permission to momentarily escape. A movie, listening to music, going for a walk, dinner with loved ones, taking a bubble bath.

Complaining and negativity blocks your awareness of the positive aspects of the change. By focusing on the positives. Negative emotions will disappear. Allowing you to see the positive possibilities.
